Key features of the GMS Benefits app include:

• Access to detailed plan information and digital ID cards.
• Search functionality for locating more affordable prescriptions in the local area.
• Provider lookup for network health professionals.
• Important updates and announcements from employers.
• Access to free virtual consultations with physicians for minor injuries and illnesses, available 24/7.
• Connection to a live healthcare advocate who can assist in understanding benefits, resolving billing discrepancies, and scheduling appointments.
• An Activity Tracker to monitor physical activity, engage in challenges with colleagues, and prioritize personal wellbeing. This feature syncs with Apple Health or Google Fit already installed on devices, allowing users to track daily, weekly, and monthly activity. Even without additional fitness devices, users can begin monitoring their progress after the initial synchronization. If the Activity Tracker is not currently visible in the app, reaching out to the HR team may facilitate its activation.
